my personal TA TP is 3.60, 3.90 and 4.20, i first time posting and sharing although i reg vry long time ago, it can hit or not i dono, time noe...if ply t+3 i hv no idea, if u cn hold for a while, the tp shud be ok. shud be only.

according to what i researched about the changes in s/holdings... around last year, 2nd half, GL sdn bhd has convert 66-120m of ICULS into about 11m-20m of pantech shares, remarkable thing is here, b4 convert, GL has interest of 69m shares which = 15%+ of interest in pantech, after convert iculs, shareholdings increased to 84m+, which represent about 16%+ interest, as at anouncement dated 14/5/2013, the num of shares still holding by GL sdn bhd is 81,095,960 which is STILL more than previous- b4 convert the iculs

curently we saw announcement about s/holders disposing shares actually is GL sdn bhd dispose it, whenever GL is disposing, all director that has interest in GL will have to make announcement too, but in actual, only GL tis entity dispose the shares, u cn click n see the announcement, all exactly same thing.it is only an announcement to show whats the effect to the directors' indirect interest after GL disposed the shares....(something like tat)

so, why GL dispose its shares? b4 that GL has 15%+ of interest in pantech, after convert the iculs, bcum 16%+, thy dispose the converted shares can be due to several reason, such as, reliaze some capital gain (as human being normal la, wanna some cash, intend to make the market more active/liquidity (by increase vol in public hand).

so if u free, u may go check each announcement see whether thy dispose their share til interest less than previous or not or dispose the shares that not convert from iculs...if there is, then definitely has some problem, if no, then this is normal realized gain...

i jz roughly read and research maybe there is some errors, so if anything wrong correct me. tq

the price too far from MA line tats y drop...if based on MA TA...when price near ma line, price will rebound...purely ma ta...

kkteng im beginner too, start kaji stocks 1 year+...1st is current market outlook i think(think only) is a bull untill next month, 2nd pantech fundamental is strong definitely no nd i explain, 3rd pantech up trend jz started... but for TA ppl,thy will suggest u not to buy 1st bcz price is far from MA line.. but tis stock i totally jz based on fundamental and potential price range den masuk when ppl sold...lol...din wait any TA...lol....and 1.20 is jz my perception, i think oly...lol....for long term maybe 1-3 months to hit 1.30 i think shud be ok...(think only ya)

my fren demonstrate his history for me, he bought rm1 avrg price, hold until nw, although from rm2.40 drop to even 1.6x, he is still holding, y? he say, u shud not oly see the price gain, he nw gt div of 8cent pa, which mean 8% for him every year, and it is still growing, expected in future cn hit 10%. tis is the power of holding... if a share price drop from 1.8 to rm1 definitely it is a goreng stock or the company faces problems such as turn profit to loss or financial irregularities and so on. for fundamental strong stock,u r reli hard to find a stock tat may drop from rm1.8 to rm1...

and he oso demonstrate an example for me, if u buy padini 10 years ago, after split n watever, ur DY is 100% of ur capital, can u imagine it?

and a simple case, u use 20k to establish a business and the business help u generate income of 2k per month, one day a man come and offer 30k to acquire ur business, for short term u will saw the 10k is attractive, but u 4gt about the long term, every month 2k...in tis case maybe u cn see clearly n u wont sell ur business, but in terms of stocks, ppl easily fall into capital gain instead of doing business... actually the real meaning of buying share is u bcum the boss of tat company...lol...

however there are many types of player in stock market, as long as can gain den u r the winner~~~

for warren buffet style definitely no sell lol
