Why are there so many people going around counters they're not invested in, or don't believe in, to spew venom and hate? It's like they have a chip on their shoulders constantly trying to prove themselves and putting others down. I mean if you're sincere in sharing your wisdom and experience, there are better and nicer ways to do it.

If I were truly against a company like MS going into gloves, or totally pessimistic about their chances.. I might just say something along the lines of:

- The stock has already gone up tremendously and those considering to enter for more immediate profits are better off looking elsewhere.
- If you have unfortunately chased in at 1.40 or so, depending on your circumstances, you can look to cut half and take some losses now or wait for a chance to do it when there's a slight bounce back.
- If you have the funds and can wait, then just hold it for another few weeks, or worst case couple of months to breakeven or if you're lucky exit at a profit.
- If you're feeling really lucky and positive, who knows.. there might be a second leg up just around the corner!

There is no 100% and you've been wrong as many times as you've been right, that's for sure.. so practising some humility and being reasonable in your arguments here would be a lot better than just going around like bloody kids and acting like dumb annoying cartoons.

Yippy most traders understand the need to be cautious. Some are admittedly reckless and chase in at a high. There could be worse places to be stuck besides a glove counter that will be starting production early possibly in a few months. Some investors have been stuck for years elsewhere with no end in sight. Similarly longer term investors or ppl who see trading opportunities here in the short term may think you're silly and shortsighted for exiting so soon. To each his own.

Yongyong thanks for sharing though it doesn't seem like you're invested in gloves anyway, and all those concerns you listed apply equally to the other rubber gloves n ppe counters.

I believe their experience and expertise in plastics manufacturing counts for something, and gives it an advantage when it comes to diversifying into gloves production. Heavy machinery, precision engineering, special equipments, production lines, quality control, supplier management, inventory support, factory management, certifications, distribution, the works..

Forgot to mention the fact that there’s this bunch of fellow glove investors from the Big 4 who are hating on MS as being fake, fictitious, pie in the sky, doomed to fail, etc. Surely they are not oblivious to the glove haters who deride TG, SM and so on for being overvalued and not sustainable. That the party is coming to an end. That post-COVID, SM and TG are worth at best 2 bucks. Over there they scramble to defend against these detractors..

Yet one wonders why they see the need to come over here and channel the hate to this potential up and coming glove manufacturer. If they believe in gloves, they would certainly be aware that demand far outstrips supply and having an additional few smaller players in the market is not going to jeopardize the earning prospects of their beloved world leading stocks.

There are investors who have decided to put their money here in anticipation of the company getting its gloves venture off to a fast start in a couple of months. There are also those who came in for a quick profit just because of the news. There are the rest who do not believe in the glove story and its continued future potential. The last group of ppl we don’t need to care about. Those who are choosing to run away at the first sign of dip and correction are free to do so and have no need to criticize, verbally abuse or even denigrate investors who are sticking around until the plan comes to fruition in April, and earning whatever additional profits than those who will only get on board later on.

I do have some Luster, though not as much as MS.. maybe should balance it out a bit more u reckon.. 19c as good as it gets?

After the sell off across many counters today due to a freak news scare, hopefully the recovery uptrend continues tmr. Fair points made by both supporters and detractors although some are extreme in its BS level. One thing's most likely for sure, it won't nosedive as this is a solid venture by a famous and established brand.. And the people are behind it, and are hoping to be part of something big from the early phase.

If the scheme is some low level pedestrian standard kind of plot eg frogs, sd, hotels, etc.. And not something totally unexpected that leaves us gobsmacked like wtf how in the world... The initial rally last week was due to the dream of PM9, which by the way is still valid and moving forward. Has anything changed? Since there's no concrete results yet, perhaps the current sell-off will be limited, just the usual wash play.. those who believe in dsai should hold on and keep the faith. That's probably a risk worth taking.

The meeting is only tmr n things look promising despite the outburst of noise denying this and that. Trying to hold on, at worst maybe cut down abit but don't think need to sell off everything just yet. Hopefully still in play for us.
