Back to the deal is actually the mutual benefit for 3 of the party involved in the deal, as the final deal ratio is 60:25:15 for TM:GP:SK respectively. Currently, TM is absorbing the losses of GP and pump in the money for working capital, thats why you don't see much changes on GP share price, only contra players get affected.
In future, once the business grow, the actual benefit is go to 3 of these party. I forseen them to be the leading wireless broadband in the industry. Cheers, in fact I'm holding both TM & GP.

In order for MAS to rebound, there are few aspect to look for.
The very fist aspect is the ' Human Resource'.

- poor management (short insight, no sharp vision and mission)
- attitude of employees (they resist of change)
- the numbers of employees (overscale, is they all competent? For me, they missed the opportunities to absorb the real youth talent)

up-trend is good, the matter to deal with is the trend can last how long.

There is no lousy deal, just a big cake and small cake matter. GPacket is just a small player, how they fight with Big Telco TM, but this deal is mutual benefit, is a matter of earn more or less, TM access to GPacket customer base, but in other hand, GPacket earn something from TM also (In fact TM help to open up the new market for GPacket). This is not simply deal, GPacket have their agenda behind.
