I bought it not becos it is so good, but becos of several reasons

And, to stress a point, i dont mean all pp good. Need to study in details, the company background, motives, financial Status n future.

One or a few cases dont mean others the same. Some say stock market too risky, better leave becos they loss a lot, but still some have the reverse opinion. It is the angles we are looking from. Offcourse, our strategies n attitude .
Look at yongtai, selling to the chinese at $ 0.80 , pworth pp at 10 to 10.5 sen. If we took the opportunities, expecially ytai, huat lah.
This ytai, about a yr ago when i told my clients placement to the chinese parties at $ 0.80 (market price around the same ), they said to the china men scare lah.

Private placement is common, those who accept pp are like certain quaters , buying at a discount n hope to sell to others at a higher price. To me, no point argueing or worrying. Take the opportunity or leave.

Usually when there is a pp, the price will maintain at a certain level expecially after price fixed so as to make sure it is successful. If price fixed n market price lower than that no private parties interested to buy. This u can study pworth

puc LA par value 0.05 sen. just given an interest of 4 % , $2.
there are two options of convertion.
if u mentioned ration 2:1, i supposed u are refering to the conversion of its LA to its mother share. Then 2 LA can convert to 1 PUC

up or down hard to forecast but the reasonings worth to understand n appreciate. believe u buy or just ignore.

It is sad , you might not believe, many so called investors or players dont understand or diffrenciate between parents shares n their babies shares such as LA,PA,WA,WB,WC n so on.
