Hong Kong's Hang Sang index is bullish on a 10-year high. This should be good for N2N.

It was definitely a good quarter results, but could have be better, if not for the one-off expenses incurred. Revenue was coming in very strong and there is great growth story going for Penta in years to come. Hope the price will be more reflective of the future results and growth. Keep it up!

At yesterday closing price of 1.69, MMSV is dirt cheap at PE of less than 15 as compared to others like Vitrox, Aemulus, KESM or Penta. I was at one point holding paper loss for Penta, but now after last few days, I'm smiling all the way to the bank. So, it is just a matter of time for MMSV turn.

I think the negative price movement may not reflect a bad results. Just take Krono for example, where price was driven sky high in anticipation of strong results, but was subsequently gapped down the next day after the didsapointing results was released. Let's be positive.

Compared to Eforce which share same business model, N2N seemed to hv better prospect in terms of growth as we can noticed from the increasing EPS, but it does not reflect its true potential yet as far as its stock price is concerned. Eforce has much appreciated in price and seemed to be still on uptrend mode, while N2N is very much lagging behind. Fundamentally, N2N is stronger than Eforce, but I believe N2N will catch up when the 3 qtr results is out later this month.

Let's hope it is steady as it goes, not like Krono, which may gap down today after rising more than 5%, given the less than satisfactory results released yesterday.

@tecpower, other tech stocks like Vitrox and Krono are still going strong and bullish despite bad market. Let's hope MMSV turn to come soon enough.

Price seemed really depressed lately in anticipation of the coming quarter announcement due to be out around 2nd week of Nov. Could it be the results of the coming qtr is not that good which prompted the sell-down, or could it be that the price was intentionally sold down to make it cheap to be acquired before results is announced? Any thoughts?

This stock has been on the uptrend since last year, where Foreign funds have been busy accumulating. Now, Foreign funds are dumping shares for profit, while remaining on sideline to collect more shares at lower prices. It is just a matter of time before the next surge.

Hi Chua, for cocoa processors like GCB, their profitability is very much depended on the ratio between the input cost (cocoa bean prices) and the combined output price (cocoa butter and powder prices). In other words, the price of cocoa butter and powder is traded independently and quoted as a ratio of the cocoa bean price. Obviously with the falling cocoa bean price, GCB should have better processing margin in terms of higher cost savings, provided that GCB managed to stock up cocoa at lower prices. I also gather that the selling prices of cocoa butter and powder should be holding up well since 4Q 2016 given the strong grinding data due to better market demands. Overall, I hope to see a better 4Q results.

Latest grinding data indeed showed positive trends of higher cocoa demand. Based on recently announced statistics, grinding in Malaysia rose 18.7% from a year ago to 57,029 tonnes in 4Q 2016, while the data from Cocoa Association of Asia reported a stronger 4Q 2016 grinding number, an increase of 16.9% over Q4 2015. Check out the link at http://www.cocoaasia.org/news20170119.php for more info. GCB may post strong 4Q revenues in the coming financial results which is expected to be out this month.

Due to report quarter results anytime, probably delay due to bad market sentiment.
