icps holder can surrender 10 icps and pay 0.50 to convert to 2 mother share anytime until 3/8 and get 2 free warrant. is that correct?

if i hold 100mother, i will have 500icps, and without topup the 0.05, i can still sell icps from 15/7 until 03/08. am i right?
