I agreed with lim1954 that the warrant are too high in premium... but then as an investor see that warrant is cheaper to buy and hold(return even better when it success in QA) as when mother run... warrant will run with mother till mother break RM1 and it will automatically recalculate the actual value of it!!!

Not sure... but if said you buy in at the price 1.05 per share with the dividend of 6% par value of RM1 equal to RM60 PA... still higher rate compare having the money in the FD...
