not just the smoking ban, but also the sale of illicit ciggarettes at shops..ovt should really curb these illegal sales and give out proper penalty to those found in possession or supplying the illicit cigarettes..65% of last year's cigarette sales are contributed by the illicit ciggie trades..and they didnt even have to pay tax..

share looks good, but the dividend could be better..govt should put stricter enforcement against illicit ciggies..and also illegal vapes that has not been registered..

dividend would definitely be higher if govt enforcement towards sale of illicit cigarettes actually went well. but not only there is lack of enforcement, the cigarette taxes are also high, making it easier for illicit & cheap cigarettes to slide its way into the market..
