have been follow is forum for quite sometimes, really appreciate all the "sincere comments" be if positive or negative as long as is our views without any bad intentions bt i noticed when Suma price hit badly last few days there are some very unkind people here who dont have the sense of guilt by posting some nasty comments ,it make me wondering if these people never suffer any losses from all the counters they involved, we as a normal human always sympathies and we offer words of comfort and hoping there are coping well...is also a kind of good deeds i believe..buat baik itu pahala buat jahat itu dosa.. be kind all the times..dont poke fun at others when price is down , you are so inhuman..

PETALING JAYA: Sumatec Resources Bhd said it has yet to finalise financing methods for the purchase of two new assets worth US$250mil (RM794mil) in Kazakhstan.

“As announced, the purchase consideration shall be satisfied via the payment of cash and issuance of new ordinary shares of Sumatec,” it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

“However, further details on the financing methods, type of corporate proposals to raise funds, and the breakdown of the payment of the purchase consideration has yet to be determined and shall be finalised and announced upon completion of the necessary due diligence to be conducted on Borneo,” the company said.


Sumatec’s statement was to clarify a StarBiz report which said that the company would be purchasing the assets via a rights issue and through an issuance of shares.

Such a price, though, would be significantly lower than Time Engineering's current market price, which has been on an uptrend recently, pending the planned sale of the 45% block by Khazanah.

"There's been excessive speculation going on... the concern is that the stock has run ahead of its fundamentals. The deal would be done at a price lower than the current market price," the source add
