Strait is doing consolidation to reduce the NOSH and is not like those consolidation as done by the fintec group purely for fund raising and for market play... we may see a re-rating of its shares , post consolidation . The company is profitable and trading at an acceptable PE 0f around 15X..... It have been driven down by the poor market sentiment as well and the negative feeling among investors on the consolidation exercise. ....Good Luck

The conversion of the RCPS into shares is 9.5cts (after discount), which is higher than the existing traded price...this will provide a possible buffer support price for the consolidation exercise....something to ponder about.....

Arecca Capital to further subscribe to another 2.5M of the 180M RCPS to be issued by Yong Thai...that good news.

The losses from the impairment would have been priced into the shares price , which drop from average 25cts to 6cts now. With the huge impairment, the company would have a clean balance sheet and with the support of the RCPS of RM180 Million ,the company will possibly be able to see through their project on hand. The settlement with the creditors will also assist in the cash flow of the company...

Facts & Figure :

a. final tranche of the ESOS at 0.018 cts was issued today .
b. in total , between July 2021 to March 2022, a total of 1.5 billion shares was issued at average 4.5cts.
c. present price 2cts , & cash per shares easily exceed that. present price lower that the price of the 1.5 billion shares that were issued.
d no need to suppressed the AT shares price now as no more PP or ESOS etc (unless I has mistaken)
e. so let wait for show time.

Dnex Chairman has given the hint on the amount of investment to be made in Siltera . The likely source of the fund raising will be from the PP which favour the shareholders & the operators for obvious reasons. Do I need to elaborate.!!!! Expected PP of over 800M shares !!!!!

Last PP was 64.5M shares at 69.5cts ie appro 10% below the market price. Do you think the shareholders/operators will goreng up the shares for a higher PP price to be issued ? It is obvious, isn"t it.

From the pattern/trend of trading, it look like the PP prices will be price in the range of bet 70ct and at best 80cts .... My view, likely to be between 70cts to 75cts.

If that holds , expect the price to trend down to about 80cts to 85cts and once they announce the PP price, the upward movement cap has been unlocked .... believers of Dnex can then enjoy the Ang Pow...hahahaha.. If they decide to price the PP lower, expect the price to close lower...!!!!

In the meantime, wait for the event to unfold....

Demand for gloves will exceed supply for at least until 2023 and Covid 19 Cases are surging throughout the world . US daily infection is at record high of 1.0million a day . Previously , it was only 500k plus.

ASP for glove though is declining but is still steady and above pre-pandemic period and with demand exceeding supply , Johan is expect to return reasonable profit based on their glove business. With such a Gem as a Proxy for Glove sector exposure , what are we waiting for...

Additionally , the NTA is appro 21.6cts and net Cash per shares is about 8cts....with low borrowing ...

Result expected to be announce Feb/March 2022. A conservative profit of RM5M for 3Q 2022 , which is easily achieved , will priced Johan at 20cts plus with a PE of 15... a good proxy for glove exposure....

The PP will also create an arbitrage opportunity for the operators & shareholders ...until this dust is settled down ... be happy with present pricing of Dnex shares..

Johan will be a good proxy for the Glove Counters, if investors are still positive on that Sector...for comparision , Top Glove price is 25X that of Johan and their outstanding shares is 8 times...

If Johan can turned in a yearly profit of RM20M , which is achievable , TopGlove will have to achieve a profit of RM 20M x 25 x8 = RM4Billion per Year...think about it..

In addition , Johan production lines are all new & high speed ...

Until and unless the issue of the PP of 891.6 Million initially approved for the Silterra & PINg acquisition, which was extended to 26th April 2022 is decided upon, Dnex shares is expected to the range bound....& however good is the next Q profit going to be....

If you are the owner/operators, what will you do? You have the possibilities of issuing PP placement of 891.6 Million, what will be your game plan ??? It is obvious right ?

It will be party time, if SC or the company cancel the said PP of 891.6 Million to be issued....

For the past few Years, it has been making losses..

Just to add... when the PING deal was proposed, the balance USD37.0M or appro RM148M was supposed to be paid via the issuance of 360M Dnex shares priced at appro 20cts then and the balance by RPS of RM1.0 each or appro RM76M RPS...

However, the end result was that the balance of the shares issued to the Vendors of PING was only 192.3 M price at 80cts was issued for the acquisition of PING instead of what was originally proposed...

Digest it and made your own call....
