my place hawker stall already increase their price. they take advantage of GST ! and the reason they give, because every where price of things increase, so they will increase also. and FYI, hawker stall profit margin is so much higher than shops. thats why they can afford to buy big cars and go vacation every year. non taxable income.

oldtown represents simple and local taste. Starbucks is commercialized taste. try to compare apple with apple. if comparing to ah huat, i still prefer oldtown taste. oldtown is target to middle income group, starbucks is for high income group, mamak is for low income group. so we can identity their product differentiation, most improtantly, they have been only selling white coffee since day one. that is their specialty !

watching oldtown closely, this a a hidden bonanza !

i notice there is call warrant expiring this coming december. strike price is 1.80...hmmm will wait n see, since once warrant holder excercise their rights in open market, den will drive share price down.

im considering this company since its stable, however i dont like that it is issuing alot of call warrants.
