sharks decide to make all ESOS subscribers happy...kikikiki... It's a good sign, even ESOS listed day also can up, DNeX will recover soon to 0.6X and towards 0.7X soon... hopefully. My point of view, FY2017Q1 results no doubt is a good one, only the market sentiment was bad and sharks take advantage of it.

not a good result, but future prospect still good. Renewable energy starts contributing profit. I think will not go back to 0.09, but 0.13 is possible. I will hold and wait for next QR.

The Board of Directors of Systech (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 May 2017, entered into a share sale and subscription agreement (“SSSA”) with Mr. Reza Ishari Bin Ismail (“Vendor”) and Rofarez Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Rofarez”) for the acquisition of 270,000 ordinary shares (“Shares”) (“Sale Shares”) in the share capital of Rofarez, for a purchase consideration of RM0.70 million (“Proposed Acquisition”) to be satisfied by cash payable to the Vendor and for the subscription of 479,900 Shares (“Subscription Shares”) for the total subscription price of RM0.80 million (“Proposed Subscription”).

The Company had also entered into a shareholders’ agreement with the Vendor on even date, to regulate their rights and obligations as shareholders of Rofarez and the manner in which Rofarez will be managed and operated (“Shareholders’ Agreement”).

MD's promise of at least 30% revenue

based on FY2017Q1 result, DNeX will have at least 30-50mil PAT in coming quarters.

tax revision is one off, DNeX still a RISING STAR. DNeX did well in FY2017Q1.

the results is definitely better than 2016Q4, it's reduced because of 23.5mil UK tax revision.

without the UK tax revision, next QR will be much better .

31.3mil profit from PING, but UK tax revision is 23.5mil, if not this QR is superb!!

According to Hibiscus qr, DNeX should cat get at lease 32mil profit after tax from anasuria/PING ... plus other IT segments profit, DNeX should performed well this QR.

Hibiscus anasuria profit increased for the qr just announced, DNex should get increase profit too.. my2cents
