DNeX is pleased to announce that its associate company, Ping Petroleum Limited (“Ping”) had on 27 April 2017 received approval from the Oil and Gas Authority of the United Kingdom for a farm out agreement.

The approval is a key condition precedent for the farm out agreement between Ping’s subsidiary company Ping Petroleum UK Limited (“Ping UK”) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, Summit Exploration and Production Limited (“Summit”).

Ping UK was incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006 of the UK on 22 July 2015 as a private limited company. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ping. Ping UK’s principal activities are exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas.

Under the farm out agreement, Ping UK that is currently co-operating the Anasuria cluster of producing fields in the UK sector of the North Sea, will farm in and co-invest with Summit in two oil and gas assets located in the UK Central North Sea (“Project”). Ping UK will have a 50 per cent working interest in the Avalon oilfield development located at licence area 21/6b. Ping UK will also participate with a 20 per cent working interest in the Ranger exploration well located at licence area 15/16d.

Investments for Ping UK’s share of this venture will be fully funded by Ping UK.

The Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of the DNeX Group.

The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company as it does not involve issuance of new shares by the Company.

The risks associated with the Project include but are not limited to changes in regulatory and general economic conditions such as inflation, environmental, health and safety regulations, taxation, foreign exchanges and interest rates.

None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected with the Directors or major shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Project.

The Board of DNeX is of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of DNeX Group.

The Company will make the appropriate announcement as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project.

This announcement is dated 28 April 2017.

my first buy of DNeX is 0.245, son is 0.75, but I sold son at 0.135, remain mother, and I'm still holding.

I'm not afraid if DNeX drop some more, just regret didn't add more when DNeX was 0.245..
