By reading the QR details, it seems Bio wanna to clean everything in 2020 (as 2020 all QR in red) and have a new start for 2021. I may wrong, but this is what I see. Therefore, 2021 might be a good start.

hck1981, actually I am worry VC initiatives to raise the fund is failed because is look not good at current progress. If after right issue, the fund is still not enough, they will do PP again where it will raise the NOS in the market. Then it will be back to square one just like DGB.

In other meaning, the first proposed proposal is rubbish. If VC not able to raise the fund they wanted, it will back to square one again. Fund raising, right issue, etc. and the number of shares will back to current quantity although after consolidation. I am just talking about theory and logic. Not to attack anyone in this forum. I am investor, hope to have return but the current situations really disappointed me.

For me no show already lar. It is nearer to consolidation date. No movement. Next week only have 4 days to go. Maybe got miracle? I am not sure but the current situation seems not able to. Therefore, the proposal to raise the fund to pay off debt will be unsuccessful based on the given scenario in the proposal with current price. For VC to fulfil the proposed proposal, the price need to be around 65 or 70. Anyhow, I also hope VC will go up and improve. Just pray hard.

Reap88, yea and agreed which I am trying to say the same thing. That is why VC should make the move slowly and prove it. It has been few months (more than 6 months?) and it should show some progress at this stage. Anywhere, let us hope for the best. Good info Reap88, appreciate it.

That why I dissapointed. At least the price movement should be consistent and slowly going up. It doesnt matters u are long or short terms holder as mentioned by TurkeyFig which mostly his comments are blow wind. I didnt say everyday limit up or whatsoever but at least maintaining and gradually increase to at least touch 9 or 9.5 cents. Can be at that price first due to past Q results which is consider okay result. Then wait for another Q result. But it is not and the price is going down. Also technically also look not good.
