Hello sifus out there, my remisier is not responding to my emails, i am using Maybank2u.

May i know:-
1) Is the brokerage fee paid deducting from my trading account or i have to personally banked it into their account?
2) The brokerage fee, is paid when i buy or sell OR both ?
