IFCA MSC: Buying momentum picking pace amid bullish indicators Recent retracement from all-time high presents a good trading opportunity as the stock is grossly oversold and begins to stage a technical rebound (sign of resumption of long-term uptrend). In tandem with potential technical rebound view on ACE market, we are targeting RM1.56 (10-d SMA) and RM1.68, with a long-term objective of RM1.87 (all-time high). Immediate supports are pegged at RM1.45. Cut loss below RM1.40.

MyEG Services Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)'s net profit jumped 39% to RM19.07 million or 1.6 sen per share for the third quarter ended March 31, 2015 (3QFY15), against RM13.74 million or 1.1 sen per share, mainly contributed by the online renewal of foreign worker’s permit and insurance.
MYEG (fundamental: 3; valuation: 1.1)’s 3QFY15 revenue grew 27% to RM38.97 million, from RM30.63 million last year.
In a filing to the Bursa Malaysia, the e-government concessionaire said the increase of revenue and profit for the quarter was primarily attributable to higher transaction volumes from online renewal of foreign workers’ permits and insurance; online transfer of vehicle ownership; and online renewal of motor insurance and road tax.
For the nine months, MyEG recorded a nearly 35% increase in net profit to RM45.2 million, from RM33.49 million a year ago; while cumulative revenue stood at RM96.46 million — up 28% from RM74.5 million last year.
A continuous growth in existing services related to motor vehicles owned by Malaysians, driven by its ongoing advertising and promotion campaigns to create and enhance brand awareness, also added to growth, MyEG said.

cimb new report
The next catalyst— CSTM
At 81% of our full-year forecast, annualised, MyEG’s 9M15 annualised net profit was broadly in line with our estimate as we expect strong 4Q15 net profit from FWPR services. We maintain our EPS forecasts and target price, based on an unchanged 21x CY16 P/E, in line with its peers’ average. The stock remains an Add. Potential rerating catalysts are the successful launch of its customs service tax monitoring (CSTM) project by year-end and strong earnings from the online foreign workers permit renewal services (FWPR).
9M15 net profit up 34.6% yoy
MyEG’s 9M15 revenue was up 29% yoy while net profit growth was a higher 34.6%. Higher profit growth was mainly due to greater economies of scale and contribution from its high profit margin service online vehicle transfer services (VVTS) in FY15. No interim DPS was declared, which was within our expectations.
Full take-up of FWPR in May
In May, MyEG finally resolved the foreign workers permit renewal services (FWPR) after the government decided to pay MyEG’s RM35 (RM3 discount compared to the earlier RM38/fee) for every FWPR transaction. Other than the RM35 FWPR fee, MyEG also gets an additional RM65 commission from being an independent insurance agent selling compulsory foreign worker insurance (total RM100 revenue per foreign worker). There are 2.5m legal foreign workers in Malaysia and assuming a 90% take-up rate, FWPR could generate around RM225m revenue annually and with a 40% net profit margin, FWPR could contribute RM90m net profit annually to MyEG’s bottomline.
CSTM... next catalyst for the stock
The mandatory use of MyEG’s custom service tax monitoring (CSTM) has been postponed from end-Mar 2015 to end-Sep 2015. The delay is, however, not a bad thing as this allows management to focus on delivery of the FWPR services. CSTM Phase 1 targets F&B sector (100,000 outlets) and MyEG gets a RM1,000 fixed fee per F&B outlet. If all goes well, MyEG would launch CSTM Phase 2 (500,000 outlets) in one year’s time, which targets the larger retail sector.
