To me this is rather vague, but I guess it should mean OVSB is gonna earn fixed(?) management fees of RM10m (but payable progressively) plus incentive (total capped at 60% of net profit generated).

If RM10m is fixed management fee, then I dont think this acquisition is detrimental to Penta at all (purchase consideration is RM5.78m only).

Every counter will have its fair chance of attracting trader. but one would definitely short chaning himself if see Gadang as trading opportunity only.

To have profit, dividend, and cash balance grow at the same time for past few years is no easy task. Be patient and for this gem to be uncovered :)

KESM Test focus on testing services for microchips used in luxury automotive. Though I couldn't find out who is the end user, but in general luxury car sales are expected to register satisfactory growth due to low oil price. The few german car brands had achieved good sales in 1H2015.

Yep downside for this definitely is very limited (barring unforeseen circumstances). Gadang is a contractor awarded both MRT and Pengerang job last year and did reasonably well. Given the decent track record Gadang should be able to replenish its order book soon given MRT2 work starting next year (SunCon claims there is more than 100b worth of job in coming years). No worry yet :)

By the way, the property division could surprise us at the meantime :D

IMO = In my opinion :)

IMO invest in KESM now is similar to buying Latitude when it was <RM4. Many people think Latitude is laggard back then compared to other furniture counters. What they don't see is the 'slowly but surely' style of management.

Why Latitude's EPS grow much faster than revenue growth in 2014? KESM just did the same thing. KESM's EPS is poised to grow at least 30% next year even if revenue stay flat* :)

*PS: the business is expected to grow steadily as well
