Careplus already breaks its 0.55 resistance. if continue to close above 0.55, we can safely say it will run into 0.60 to 0.70 zone. I am confident we will hit 0.80 again in near future.

Overall, macro economy does seems bad. Emerging currency drop, Oil drop, China massive slow down, Europe neutral even after huge stimulus... Even US banks are not doing well...and Feds going to raise rate this year or next. so, its just a matter of time.

Having said that, many countries had taken steps to ensure economy does not spiral down. Europe potential stimulus in Dec, US hike rates means economy is getting stronger, China announce steps to encourage growth, and Malaysia using GST to support losses on oil revenue and 20bil value cap.

So, back to value investing. Invest in good companies and let it grow. Less heart attack at night when Dow go up or down

I really do think world market is suppose to be bearish but somehow, the dead cat bounce from Sept seems a bit to strong for a bounce. Some even believe this is the same bull that ran since 2010.

The tricky part is the value cap, 20 bil. This really distrupt the pattern and coupled with FF buying into KLSE. I believe the market does not reflect the true economy, now the question is When it will drop.

Correct Apanama, now is only 1st week of Nov...rally starts to look weak and putties seems like bottom out d... so, I might make a wrong decision yesterday. Unless dJI continue to break 18000, but if DJI starts to correct...hmmm....I can do a last min switch to putties again

Now, we had news that Yellen is revealing a Dec rate hike....by early Dec, valuecap fund will be in the market. By Dec, Draghi will announce possible stimulus. So, we have good news and bad news on hand. Its hard to judge at this time.

DJI last night just a minor slow down...I think they will test 18000 again...and now china suddenly power play again....Dec will be critical cos Europe will review their stimulus again and express that they will increase if needed...also Feds will make decision whether to hike interest rate...if hike, means emerging market will get the hit...if not, I think market will rally again...tricky year end saga....
