High chances of greateaster being privatised. Major shareholders holding 89%. Share price highly illiquid. Rumours were they tried to privatise but kuchai is not willing to sell their share. If they offer a higher price, kuchai might agree. Let's say kuchai wiling to let to at sgd20. It's 155m cash!!!!

kuchai really has no point of being listed. its either capital repayment or injection of business

yes nch218 still holding this stock. i have faith. but it all boils up to the management themself. if focal can go to RM3. I believe mpcorp can as well. their land bank is more valuable than focals. focal land bank is east of johor, whereas mpcorp is just right above pasir gudang

best case scenario is if they sell their Wisma MPL, and settle all their debts with the proceeds. they will be a debt free, cash and land loaded property company

my target remains at RM0.7 and RM1.00

debt is an issue but not a big issue for them, can be easily settled with land swap, JV or selling land. after their debt issue settle, believe me, u will see the next focal

if they price their land at RM50psf, they would swap aroud 56 acres of land. but i doubt they will price it that low. current market price at least RM75. if at rm75psf thats around 35 acres.

then you might as well buy sbccorp pe5x eps 33 nta 3.6??

Why would you buy after dividend payout? It is already ex now. I would reinvest because the reinvestment price is at a discount . Below 1.10 if I'm not mistaken. Definitely I will reinvest
