Why the buyout of the 150M warrants and not the remaining 17M+? This suggests the buyer was DSThong himself with view reducing substantial dilution of his stake. An unrelated party would have bought out the remaining warrants?

mother share will get another dividend over the next 12 months while LA shares need to wait another ?11 months to get the interest income of 3.5%.
Difference probably in favour of mother share?
