Many took profits at 0.85-0.9 last friday. Today many took profits at 0.95. In an UPTREND with high volume, they key to make massive profits is to LET YOUR WINNERS RUN. Many have sold carepls after it doubled from 0.3 to 0.6, and tripled from 0.3 to 0.9, only to cry later. If they had held on tightly to their shares and "let their winners run", they would have captured the whole uptrend to rm 4.00 to rm 5.00.

Kopimilo, don't worry about that. Just look at your trading screen tomorrow. Xdl will shoot up possibly 0.1 early in morning. Once a stock breaks out from accumulation phase with extremely high volume (last week) and closed above its resistant, it's momentum is strong. It will continue upward. This is well known in technical analysis. Furthermore, XDL is currently trading at well below it's intrinsic value.

Previous 2 bonus issues were in January 2018 and January 2019. It's long overdue for bonus issue again, hopefully.

Guys, don't sell your shares, less supply, more demand, odds of limit up will be higher.

This is a golden opportunity as XDL is a VALUE stock (NTA 0.8, cash per share 0.28, 5 yr DCF growth exit : RM 0.50, 5 yr DCF EBITDA exit : RM 0.34, consistent earnings for the past 5 years, quick ratio 8.59, low debt) now is also a GROWTH stock due to new venture into ppe/mask business with HUGE market in China 1.4 billion people. WHO world health organization has launched 'wear mask' campaign last friday. Here I want to share some info about XDL's ESOS coz there have been someone commented that the ESOS was to enrich the directors because they are the major shareholder. Here are the cut & paste from the ESOS announcement. (I believe not many people have read the whole documents from page 1 till the end).

2.2.3 Eligibility to participate in the Scheme
Any employee / director of the Group, excluding the subsidiaries which are dormant, shall be eligible to participate in the Scheme if, as at the date of the Offer to him / her (“Date of Offer”):-

Further, the Board after taking into consideration the past contribution of the directors and senior management of the Group and to encourage them to contribute further to the success of the Group, has decided to allocate not more than 70% of the Options available under the Proposed ESOS in aggregate to them.

Notwithstanding the above, the Board does not have any plans to allocate any Options
to its Directors at this juncture.

7. INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS
CONNECTED WITH THEM

All Directors are deemed interested in the Proposed ESOS by virtue of their eligibility for the Options in their capacity as Directors and in respect of their specific allocations (where

In short, the ESOS exercise was not done to enrich the directors. It's purely done for the benefit of other employees of the company.

Guys, XDL's ppe/facemask market is much much bigger than than Malaysian market. We are talking about 1.4 billion (1400 million) people in China vs 32 million in Malaysia. That is 44X. That's why I've been saying XDL is a potential 10 bagger since few months ago. Agree?

Can't limit up as long as the dumptrucks are here. These trucks dump 20-30 million shares each time. Need time to slowly absorb the shares again and again. But slow and steady wins the race. Stay strong guys, don't sell your shares now. I see many weak holders got scared & sell their shares the moment the dumptrucks dump their shares.

The dumptruck will eventually die off once their shares are depleted. The shares are finite.

Don't sell your xdl shares now. Wait for 0.14 fair value. might shoot to 0.2 to 0.3. Remember cash per share 0.28, NTA 0.8. This company makes profit every year. Now has a demanding product (mask & ppe). Thus it has both the features of a VALUE stock & a GROWTH stock which is a very rare find. Give it some time to run. Many have sold too early in other counters (glove) and missed a huge profit.

Deadline 31 August 2020 for annual reports only applies to companies with financial year ending March 31 2020. XDL's financial year ending has been changed to June 2020.

In simple analogy, XDL's current valuation is like a house worth 850 million with 500 million cash kept inside it, now selling for just over 100 million.

1. when the 2019 audited annual report comes out. This is because I see many are doubtful of XDL's account/authenticity of the huge pile of cash/worried by the change of external auditor. I'm very confident of the huge pile of cash in XDL's bank account. You can see the cash in bank consistently appearing in the audited annual report of 2018/2017/2016 and so on. Dear pepero pepero, the market is not efficient in pricing a stock. Stock prices swings around it's intrinsic value. When it goes up, greed/euphoria rules, it overshoots above the intrinsic value. When it goes down, fear/pessimism rules, it crashes down way below it's intrinsic value.

This is the normal cyclical nature of stocks. Please go and read about stock market cycle, XDL has just completed it's markdown phase and is now at accumulation phase. you need to BE VERY VERY PATIENT and accumulate stocks here. this phase has the maximum opportunity. follow the early adopters, smart money managers, and experienced traders who buy at this stage. happy investing!!

limhong & newn00b are the 'righteous one' & 'the saviour'. They have come to warn you & I and save us from chinese conmen with repeated cut & paste sad stories from other counters. But strangely, they only appear when XDL price is low. I wonder where were they when the price was up just few months ago?

When the price surged up from december 2019 to march 2020, why did limhong&co did not come n tell people that xdl is going to be delisted? Of course no, coz the stock is up & everybody was happy. Now the stock is low due to the march global stock selloff, people becomes pessimistic n scared. They let emotions take control n start to suspect this & that/fake account/chinese conmen/msports bla bla bla.... Nonsense. Invest with your brains, not your emotions.

Everytime xdl touches 0.065/0.07, the dumptrucks came and pushed the price down. Why the seller didn't wait for the price to go up further then sell? Who on earth in their right mind wouldn't want their stock price to go up n sell high.?? Think for a moment....
The only logical explanation for the dumptrucks at 0.06 is to flush out weak holders /contra players. So that, when weak holders are scared, those dumptrucks owners will collect more. Once enough accumulation is done, they will then push the price up back to it's intrinsic value.

XDL has been declaring increasing profit for the last 5 years. Profit means it has to pay TAX to the Chinese government. XDL paid taxes 2015(RM 4.86 million), 2016 (RM 4.34 million), 2017 (RM 8.26 million), 2018 (Rm 11.69 million), 2019 (RM 23.75 million). You think XDL can simply make up numbers and pay TAX from empty fake account??? TAX money cannot be faked. The Chinese government is very strict about TAX. A company MUST be making real money/profit to be able to survive paying the recorded TAX. XDL's account is not fake la. please use your brain a bit la....

The earnings from PPE & mask will only be reflected in 3rd&4th Qr2020. Still have to wait few months. Be patient.....
