novamsc has been climbing from 0.09. of course, we like it to go higher but there again most of us are in already from below 0.10. So if you are only coming in now at 0.19, there's the risk of it dropping back and you cannot hold and forced to cut loss

and also what goes up will come down. so if it hasn't gone up, less risk of coming down but more opportunity to go up

basic rule of thumb in share trading is if you have missed the boat, let it be. Catch the next one that hasn't started to move yet
