Dividend 2.5sen per quarter, one year DY=5.95%

Padini propose for 10% share buy back, means EPS+10%=14.27sen or PE=11.77.

If I assume Padini fair PE is 14 and this coming quarter result is EPS=3sen, then the fair price for padini should be RM1.86.

So it is undervalue now. Time to accumulate.

BB only talking bad about AA with fuel price, flight cancellation and etc. However, he forgot that fuel price also affect other airline. If AirAsia can not survive, so does other airlines. If AirAsia losing money, meaning Malindo and other Firefly should facing lose as well. AirAsia has stronger cash flow compare to Malindo and Firefly. If economy or fuel price stay high for 3 years until all airline facing consecutive loses for 3 years. Which airline will go bankrupt first? After all the 'little' or small airline Tutup pintu, Airasia is one man show again. So?

Please analyse the problem to every airline but not AA only, like the fuel price should hit every airline, which one stay till the last win.

Wong, after the right issue, inari current number of share should be 25%+ more than before right issue. If Inari previous quarter business not improves by 25%+, then the next coming dividend should be less than 0.009sen because the number of shares already increased by 25%. This is because the Amertron's Numbers will not reflect in this August report. So I expect this coming dividend should be still flat or just slightly better. But the dividend for November should be GOOD.

Of course, I didn't take the Tax Free+ the free money from government into account yet. Plus the US vs RM conversion rate. With all this take into consideration, then maybe dividend will be better as you expected.

Last words, LONG TERM for this counter will 99.9999% let you gain.

Assume that I have some Inari mother share now but no more cash in hand. Can I sell all my mother at 0.96, then buy the warrant at 0.52. Then Exercise all my warrants to mother share meaning I only pay 0.90 per mother share. Gain 0.06sen or 0.06/0.96=6%+. (Broker charges not yet take into consideration)
