The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that PRG has on 8 November 2019 entered into a deed of mutual termination (“Termination Deed”) with Furniweb Holdings Limited, whereby the parties have mutually agreed to terminate the SSA and the transactions contemplated thereunder with effect from 8 November 2019.
