Problem is this is a Lien Hoe gang counter. Investors are wary of counters associated with them. Unless they can come up with a solid story line, otherwise hard to create interest

The previous ri was at 15 cents..the recent esos were at 5.5 and 5.2 cents. If they consolidate and then followed by another ri, aren't they end up as losers?
