To be fair, i will take in the submission from Iewis888 at Dec 31, 2019 4:50 PM onwards and I will open it to 50 participants (on a first come firtst serve basic).

I will reserve the seat for the first 20 runners on Year 2016, Year 2017, Year 2018 and Year 2019 stock pick respectively. These 80 paricipants (or less than80 as I am sure it will be a duplication on the first 20 runners for year 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) can submit it eventhought there is more than 50 participants - at most, we will have 130 participants. The seat will be reserve until 07-Jan-2020 8:00 am.
