假如散户看见威廉转换凭单至母股。
散户都会认为母股其实是值高于22仙，散户就会买入母股。
凭单拥有者会转换凭单,还剩下几天，有点迟了。
为什么庄家不现在拉高股价？
1. 让凭单拥有者的凭单自动消失，没人转换凭单，股票稀释就没那么严重，毕竟哪个傻逼会用22仙来转换？除了威廉。
2. 现阶段庄家可能还在收集票，要收多久我不清楚，但估计没那么快，毕竟要拉升股价还需要利好消息，可能是下个QR吧。
以上是个人愚见，希望大家可以分享意见。

Conversion of warrant must be a reason, can it be interpreted as increase % in shareholding to control the management in decision making etc without giving prior notice to other shareholder.

I've experienced 2 times of warrant get burned, one is layhong, one is biohldg (no mircale).

sure got ppl convert the warrant, but if mother price is 19c, who wanna convert, if the person who exercise the warrant is insider, then we still got hope, or else, the mother share will stay below 20c.

Ask yourself who is the warrant owner?
If high % on banker side, then possible they will goreng so that they can convert to mother share & sell it. (All conversion will be announced officially.)
If high % on retailer side, possible they will goreng to encourage retailer to convert, company will have more funds to run their business but of caz the share dilution is on the bad side.
on the other hand, they also can choose to no goreng if high % on retailer side, let your warrant burn only ma.
I'll tell you the result on Feb-22.
Anyway, goreng or not depend on the operator, if they have good catalyst to goreng, i think they will goreng lol

Hiaptek story is diff, HT price can sustain bcaz of global steel price and good QR, apparently, that's not enough.

Dnex expects all warrant holder will convert it, therefore, they offered a very attractive premium.
Anyway, if you think mother share will grow further, meaning son will follow as well, still many investors tend to chase warrant as the % of profit is higher than holding mother.
That's my opinion.

my analysis about hiaptek
- steel price is higher compare to last quarter, meaning coming quarter will be higher profit provided the global steel price maintain
- annjoo can grow from 50c to RM2, and if u check back the trend, share price slowly increase since beginning of Dec
- hiaptek wb expire soon, if they manage to control mother share above 50c, investors will exercise it, get more fund
Overall, still recommend a buy call for Hiaptek
