I expect to stabilise the share price at RM0.9 +- in the short term. It needs to neutralise the WD convection and to provide clearer picture the direction of Silterra under new management and the price of the crude oil.

Take 500 lots as example, @RM0.15 can sell in the open market for RM 75K even on 13/7/2021. What is reasonable enough not to sell the warrants on or before 13/7/2021?

Trevor777, we are talking about the balance of 275 million WD. I can understand for those small investors who hold few lots and may have forgotten about it.

I don't quite understand if the holders of the remaining of WD has no intention to convert. If you have no fund to convert, why didn't they sell at RM0.13 - RM0.16? At least, you could get back some of the money. Can someone tell me the logic behind not selling and not converting the WD? Unless overlook the last day of trade before suspension.

I am wandering whether there is any institution who have acquired the WD for the convection.

I believe most of the warrants will be converted to mother shares. PP is no longer required for the moment unless additional fund is needed for the expansion in Silterra.

Jonathan, Old system - Need 2 weeks. Now, you can have internet transfer. All they are interested is to receive your payment and the documentation can be done on or before 8/8/2021.

Trevor777, the last day of payment for conversion is 31/7/2021. As long as your payment is confirmed in their account on or before 31/7/2021, you will be entitled for the conversion. This is confirmed by the registrar. You can call the registrar to confirm. Thanks

PP is not required for the acquisition of Ping and Silterra. Why are you still talking about setting the PP price? Only when it is needed, the PP will be issued in trenches. Please advise me if there is new information about the PP. Thanks

The appointment of Dr Chen of Foxconn as Non Executive Director at the moment could provide check & balance for DNeX as CGP will likely take control of the operation and the implementation at Silterra. The appointment of Dato' Robert Fisher as independent Director also provides experience in managing Ping.

I checked the information against official announcements. I analysed the 5.3% Foxconn acquired in DNeX for their game plan and so on.

No matter how good, the prospect of DNeX's core businesses towards the turnover 1billion club annually, share price will continue to fluctuate. Day traders will continue to curse if they enter at the wrong time. We should stick to our own judgment if we are comfortable with all the prospects that DNeX is offering.

The acquisition of additional shares in Ping could contribute very positively after this quarter. I am not sure how much Silterra could contribute in July-September quarter.

Without 30% PP comes into play for quite some time, the only other factor is the 528 million warrants. The mother may move beyond RM0.9 very soon to make the son attractive enough to convert for a price difference of up to RM0.1 This is just my prediction based on possibility & probability.

The direction of BOD of DNeX is clear from the presentation this morning. On top of it, Foxconn is coming into the picture. The role of Foxconn in Silterra shall be worked out. It is normal for some to dispose off if there is no big announcement.
