Having commented so much negatively on DNeX, I am sure one day Share price of DNeX will move higher when everything falls in place.

I doubt DNeX will go higher at the moment. It is only camouflage to divert attention because of the Shares Swap Agreement. Good news to correct the bad investment in DNeX Technology S/B.

DNeX is going through the operational cost optimization and will take time to maximizing the return. DNeX investment in DNeX Technology has been suffering up to RM10 million losses since 2016. In 1st quarter 2020, more losses has to be taken up before DNeX can recoup part of it's investment in DNeX Technology S/B. That is only if the new major shareholder, EC-Council can perform with RM100k investment only. I am wandering how a company such as DNeX Technology with Paid-Up capital of RM28.5 million has to depend on a person who set up a company with RM100K to take over the whole operation of the company - DNeX Technology S/B. To me, EC-Council has nothing to loss and DNeX has everything to loss.

Is there any one here has better information to share?

The Shares Swap agreement that DNEX signed with EC-Council Global Services S/B in DNeX Tecknology Sdn.Bhd is to minimize the losses in DNeX Technology Sdn.Bhd that has been incurring losses of RM2.5-3 million per year. The paid-up capital for DNeX Technology Sdn.Bhd is RM28.5 million and as of 30/11/2019, the Net Asset values is only RM 5.284 million. Upon the execution of the Share Swap agreement ( expected in 1st quarter 2020), DNeX will hold only 15% and EC-Council Global Services S/B will hold 85% in DNeX Technology S/B. In another word, DNeX will take out more losses in 1st quarter 2020 for the Share Swap agreement. How much? I don't know.

The equation is always balance. Selling Price (Profit or loss) = Buying Price (Gross Cost) + commission/expenses. The more volume, the higher the commission(expenses). Are we not here to make profit? It seems to me that you are fighting among yourselves. You are all in different situations and apply different strategies in the same boat. Some bought at low price and waiting to make million when the price is RM3. Some bought at high price and waiting to recover or bought some more at lower price to average down. Some takes it as day to day trading and there are many more in different situations and strategies. Why are we arguing and all in the same boat. We are arguing about how the boat is sailing and yet none of you is the captain of the boat.

If I am not wrong, the best DNeX can be is be one of the e-Wallet provider. The PH government will not allow just one e-Wallet provider. You could use Boost e-Wallet and so on....

e-Tunai Rakyat will be implemented under Khazanah National Berhad. Questions are - 1) is e-Tunai Rakyat just another e-Wallet or more to it? 2) Who is/are the provider(s)? 3) Is DNeX in the running as provider?

sardin81, you are the spokesperson of KNM without appointment & salary. General Lee has achieved what he want to get from the share market. I.e make money out of the announcements over the few months period. You have to wait for General Lee to execute another plan with few rounds of announcements. Now is not the time as he has achieved what he planned for.

Datuk Samsul is specialized in software business, Zainal Abidin in Oil & Gas & energy and Azman Karim in equipments & services. It seems now that Datuk Samsul is taking the lead and the other two are taking a rest hoping for ????? Not working hand in hand.

For the share price to move up, Datuk Samsul ( Censof), Zainal Abidin & Azman Karim, all need to work hand in hand to progress. It seems that they are not working very well together.

The truth speaks louder than noises & predictions. At the height, the share price was RM0.475 and now it is RM0.35. It is even worst for KNM-WB. Now the price for WB is almost 8 times lower as compared to the height of the share price in July 2019.

The truth is the share price is going down. In July 2019 at the height, KNM-WB was RM0.315. Now RM0.04. That is almost 8 times difference. You could only dream to recover.

Hopefully, DNeX can be transformed from being connected with MCA to PH related.

Tcs76, you are absolutely right in saying that PE is important to justify the share price of a company. So far, the 3 qr accumulated net profit is RM28 million. Let's say the next qr Net profit is RM12 million to make the whole year Net profit of RM40 million. The total shares is 2619 million. The average PE for Bursa Malaysia should be 17. At PE 17, the share price of KNM should only be (17x40)/2619 = RM0.26 / share. The share price is already overpriced by (0.375/0.26 x 100%)-100% = 44%.

Before the wayang begins, it ended premature dead. Ha.. This is the story of DNeX. Get used to it!!!
