The average price that Zainal Abidin holds is about RM0.333 per share. @RM0.48, he still has 44% safety margin. Let's hope that he is the master and willing to support RM0.475 & RM0.215.

My conclusion is that the upside of the Share price is limited to two factors. First, Censof will dispose off their holding in DNeX whenever is necessary. Second, the balance of ESOS will be issued at any time of the choice of the employee. Unless there is a huge happening in DNeX's performance, it is already good to maintain at this level.

I managed to find out about ESOS. Total ESOS granted = 38,308,500 shares. Till now, 21,521,186 shares have been issued. Balance = 16,787,314 shares.It is valid till 24/8/2021.

The master would control in such a way that you sell to him @ RM0.475 & @RM0.215. You buy from him @RM0.48 & @RM0.22 or higher.
