I don't think arbitration case is the problem. It will settle with win win negotiations. What is more important is how to make more profit out of all the opportunities?

Too early to say what will be the final outcome of NIIS. The problem in DNeX is that there isn't one real boss calling the shot.

At least DNeX, HeiTech & theta are understood to have been shortlisted for the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe) project. There is at 1/3 chance to get the project.
