Based on daily/weekly chart, AAX is not popular... it is not going to move a lot.... more probability to go sideways/downwards than upwards. Unless there is big positive news coming.

However, if we see big picture (3-months interval chart)..... it has formed a nice "cup and handle" pattern. Seems like the market is waiting for something....

offer a different point of view.....
1) It's ok with if debt incurred to buy planes, planes that are used for business. From passengers data there will be surge of volumes in future (especially giant China). Must have planes to capacitate all these volumes. Other airlines that use strategy "wait and see, play safe, don't spend if not needed yet" will be left behind when the volume comes.
2) The company and banks that leases to AAX, they are conservative when giving out loans. They won't approve if they cannot get profit. They must have some research and confidence > 95% that they will get the returns back per year.

What is wrong with the research houses? They wanted to grab low? AAX has the experiences, capacity and customer choice..... 3 main ingredients for profits. I know other airlines can lower price, but they lack the capacity... in the end, it will still be AAX.

the fall is expected la.... there dead/trapped souls at 0.405, 0.41, 0.415 and 0.43. It will take some time to release all those trapped souls with normal trends. Unless otherwise, it straight jump to heaven. Then all trapped souls becomes hungry ghosts
