@Lich, ok thanks for clarifying.. Another question, so if i were to sell my shares (bought before 22-Jan) today, i still entitled to the RI and Warrants?

simply put, those who bought before 22-Jan stand to lose money (including myself). This is due to the share consolidation 50:1, and while we expect the price will be adjusted to around 1.75 in order to reflect the same value. Unfortunately this didn't happen. The real winners are really those who bought yesterday (and keeps until today market closes) as their entry cost is much lower while they still entitled to the RIs and Warrants (if they subscribe la). The game has not ended and i really believe 2020 is the year for O&G, and chances are we have to subscribe to the RI to continue this ICON journey in order to make money.

They will then reply with a form for u to fill. Once submitted it takes approx 2 weeks to complete the subscription. To my understanding, no additional cost.

on the surface, 40m esos at 0.05 may not seem significant considering the total shares issued is 959m. On paper, the impact may seem small, possibly drop 1 cent from today closing. However, imagine you are the employee entitled to this esos at 0.05, what will you do first thing in the morning when the price is few times higher? in the current market sentiment, i guess most will sell coz anything above 0.05 is pure profit. Herd mentality will follow. just be careful with this counter, sell if you have profit. sharing my 2 cents.
