According to the PN17 regulation, this company should announce its regularization plan within 3 months from the 1st day of it fallen into PN17. Am I right? But it still haven’t announce yet. Why?

3. The Company is still in negotiation with JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Limited and nothing is finalised yet. The Company is exploring various options to complete the FPSO Layang project including partnering with party/parties with a stronger Balance Sheet to finance the completion of the project.

4. Although upgrading works have been suspended the Company is in advanced stage of negotiations for the deferment of delivery of the FPSO.

i think their reserves finished already, after so many quarters of losses, how they operate the company without fund and when they need to submit monthly resolution to SC ?

Even though the company filed for bankruptcy and issued new shares, i also wont buy, this company has no fundamental at all and with a bunch of useless management, i rather invest my money to potential companies. i hold this share from 80cent to now 8 cent! i expected nothing already from this company!
