Wong, any idea they hv fixed the price for ESOS ? They are just calling for EGM to get shareholders' approval for ESOS only.

Of coz the issuing of ESOS will dilute the EPS as the total no of share will increase. but in normal case, share price will move after the ESOS price is fixed, as that is the benefit to reward the management.

Most of the time, the management won't exercise the ESOS unless it has reached the peak.
