Gtronic relied on smart gadgets sales and this contributed 50% of the revenue and profits........with Apple as one of their core clients..........but Apple products have lost it golden touch and no more a products we known as innovated in 2007. Now almost all smartphone makers can match them in term of technologies and offering same features with lesser pricing.

Their products sales expected to drop further and this will compounded their woes later with every phones makers now lower their sales units target.

The Directors are not aggressively buying before the share price tanked........surprisingly.

The problem is when it is the bottoming?..........RM3.20, RM2.80, RM2.60?.......no ones know.

The only indications is when all the Directors are aggressively accumulating big time..... then you know it have found the support level.

Gtronic need some catalyst to moves back since this catalyst will only appear in 2017....... when some of the 3d sensory gadgets are more prominent in future gadgets and mobile equipment.

Their peaks was reflected by the LED items when they got the contracts in 2015/2016.

So this stocks need time to recover but small gains can be made when it surface from the bottoming of the share price later. Any huge gain will be capped.

anyway, the mother is succumb to selling pressure since ppl will buy warrants and PA to convert to mother.

so the best defensive strategy is buy the warrant and PA for safety at least got some discount to the mother price.

daitoRyu, real holders of VIVO won't come here everyday to talk nonsense knowingly know that VIVO going to boom in coming days, weeks or months until it peak at 2017and beyond based on current jobs at hand.

The best will be now until 2017, beyond that depending on replenish jobs or other catalyst that can driven the stocks to another level........which we do not know for now.

Gtronics is a good stocks so far in my 20 years observing it from 60 sen until the peaks where all the Directors are buying without fail on daily basis.

As for the downfall of the stocks pricing......it could be some projects are off the shelves or being cut down due to slower demands or some OEM contracting are off.

Hence, cannot ascertains the downtrend unless the company made the announcement.....otherwise it is a solid stocks.

even come 30th April, the Stag deals expired, the warrants already at the bottom or not significant to warrant holders anymore. So made no difference.......as for Stag offers, they can requested for another extension.......correct me if i am wrong.

3 months for new assets is not impossible, they can re propose the STAG oilfield since no rules stated in Bursa approvals........if they can remove those yield investors.

Hope the Management can arrange some big investor to buy over stakes from CS/PAG and some of those that voted NO......so that they can exits the company with the 48 sen.

If i am the Management, why should i liquidate now that the stocks still have 3 months before maturity.
