Hi guys,
This is what I know about Smartag. The company have some bright ideas and is looking to follow what is being implemented in TH. however, there are many obstacles and regulations which this company does not have the solution yet. I'm talking about the seal on trucks and how its connected to customs system and enables easy form release.
It seems in actual, many forwarding companies are not trusting this system completely and loop holes are plenty. companies are facing a tough time, and so are the customs team. this will go on for a while and it will take some time (again) for whole of MY to actually implement this system officially. Until that time comes, revenue will not come in to smartag. no revenue no profit no return..right?
