Only World Group Holdings Bhd (OWG), which is en route to a listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on Dec 18, expects to secure operational licences for two food service outlets in Putrajaya by early 2015, said its managing director and group CEO Datuk Richard Koh (pix).

The company would be using RM30mil from the proceeds to refurbish five levels within Komtar Tower in Penang, RM13mil to set up 10 new food services outlets and the expansion of the Wet World Water Park Shah Alam in Selangor, while the remaining of the proceeds would used for working capital and listing expenses.

Koh said that the company’s Komtar Tower project was about 50% completed and it would be ready in the third quarter of next year.

He noted that the total investment to refurbish five levels of the Komtar Tower would be RM60mil to create high-end commercial space for F&B, retail and recreation.

“Currently, our revenue stream is mainly contributed from our operations in Resort World Genting (RWG),” he said.
