If can hit at 0.6..why offload...hold for 0.8 and above for who buy below 0.5. Land will increase value in long run especially the land near to iskandar area. Property bubble will not much affect Mulpha since it price already at bottom, now many property company selling assest is to become debt free company, so Mulpha start is on the right track.
richman game is if have extra money buy land since the profit is better than buy house...so you can see Ecoworld and big giant company still try to increase their land. 10 year housing price will double (check the housing price from Merdeka until today) but good and strategic location land will more than triple..so RM 3 from CALVINTANENG is achieveable in long run with the condition that the Mulpha management must doing their work. If can hit RM3...more will come. MULPHA should get Calvintaneng to be part of their management team to make the company grow faster so the price will up faster ;)

Now to actual uplifting still have 2 months time, for me the price still low...if 2 weeks to uplifting..you will see a lots of people calling "buy buy buy..uplifting" "buy b4 too late"..and we see price going higher and higher..so most of the people will buy high because of greedy at last minutes..than after uplifting, first round of people who collect now will sell to earn big profit and try to collect low from panic selling who collect 1 weeks b4 uplifting..(just like hohup)...

First time i just start to learn investment on share market, thheavy is around 0.35 to 0.37 on Jun 2012, waiting for uplifting, the price up down up down...some said buy and keep, some said sell..so end up i not buying...just b4 uplifting..the price everyday go up..people start to chase high. After uplifting, the price drop but still consider acceptable if buy early..then show coming..more fund manager and big investor join in..now the price max can go to 0.9x low also 0.8x..if consider longterm holding..2 years is 100% gain.
I believe Sumatec is better than thheavt, Sumatec top 30 share holder hold 50% of share...so b4 uplifting..everyone know the price will push up ( do u think sumatec is cheap to buy?)..after uplifting the price will drop (but will it lower than current price?) After price stable, big boy, fund manager, investment bank and small fish will start to collect 25% of the share and push the price higher for Right Issue (so when is the rigth time to collect? You want to collect when market still have 50% of share at cheap price or market only have 25% at higher price)

Tony will not buy, unless MAS already bankruptcy and all the staff already get pay..and no longer under MAS. So Tony can have new rules and contract, appintment letter to get the qualify people back into MAA (Malaysia Air Asia) with same goal to help Air Asia grow bigger and stronger.

Tony sure don't want to involve in the current Union and compensation in MAS...It take years to settle this.

News of MAS heading down to bankruptcy has created a divide among analysts and the company's employees union. The union’s chief, Alias Aziz, told WSJ that since MAS is a government-linked company, help from Putrajaya should be the way to go.

Union should always work with manangement on how to improve the company efficiency and give better suggection...it end up this union always think goverment should help MAS....Goverment is elected, we Malaysian is the one who pay goverment salary hoping goveremnt can setup a better country..not to feed people who don't know to work.
