The mgmt's responsibility is the operation of the company. Not the "share price boom".

How can this be a good news? Acquiring IWC is a good news. You get land! On top of that by 2018, they will recognize RM1.2 billion profit when the deal of land sale with Greenland (HK) worth RM2.4billion is completed.

Follow the news people!!!

See the payment schedule from this Bursa announcement.

What is Ekovest mkt cap now compare to this deal? This is a huge deal to Ekovest! A big WIN to Ekovest.

Whoever that take cash deal is stupid. What is IWC mkt cap now compare to the above deal? Mkt cap way below the above deal. Take share and wait for Re-rating of Ekovest.

Hardminer:- You have been mentioning about corporate exercise. I think there are limited corporate exercise Bornoil can do after their right issue, bonus issue and dividend in warrant? The only corporate exercise I can think of, is floating their food business which should be their non core in the long run.

Can you tell us, what kind of corporate exercise you think they will carry out?

ilovehits:- They sell their inventory to make profit. They are ship makers. Their asset which is also their inventory is ship. If they don't sell their "asset" then how can they sustain? They didn't sell their operational asset, they sell their product i.e. ships which are what they produced and recorded under inventory. Please don't be mistaken.

In fact, their NTA is way above RM0.80, which means this company is cheap! You liquidate the whole asset you will get RM0.80 especially bulk of it comes from inventory. And they are trading at RM0.35. Ridiculous valuation... but understandable at current macro economics.

If I understand correctly, they accelerate recognition of their contract cost ahead of schedule. That's the reason why there is losses. It's pretty impossible logistic cost and operational losses are that high. This is clearly a "legit" kitchen sinking.

More likely than not you will likely see the reversal of losses in the next quarter when higher revenue comes with much smaller corresponding cost. The timing of the losses is pretty obvious. End the year bad and start the new year beautiful.

No doubt for those that don't understand it will be panic selling. But for those that knows what's going on, they will collect at cheaper price. Good luck.
