I think the GST will be given to TIME, since TIME has been proven in collecting/transacting Custom Duty Payment worth more than RM3 billion/yearly. Furthermore, with the current customer based of more than 20,000, transacting in trade documentations, it would be easier for the Govt to appoint TIME as one of its GST collection agency.
