OR will not automatically be converted to mother share. You have to pay RM0.05 for every your OR you hold by buying a banker cheque and submit to Share Registrar at Bangsar South. Deadline for submission is today 5pm. Those who had done nothing, OR will become worthless after today!

it will be stupid for those who bought between 0.095-0.105 today, accounted for almost 85% of the volumes transacted.

By maintaining price around 0.08, it is good enough for the rights issue to be 100% taken up, why need to push above 0.10?

It will drop back to 0.03 provided:-
1) MOUs failed to materialise;
2) Conditional LOA can not be fulfilled and cancelled; and
3) Existing main contactor job for PANO development cannot take off.

It will be strange if price keeps going up after 20/4! If so, must have some good insider news not out yet

Buying OR means you are buying the rights to subscribe mother share (renounced by existing shareholders) at RM0.05 per share. For every mother share subscribed, you are entitled to 1/2 warrant B for free.

Bear in mind rights issue has yet to be completed yet. Mother share may be under pressure upon listing of up to 1.2b new shares unless the deal with RapidCloud can be sealed before then.

Just read the Annual Report, someone please go and question the chairman during AGM about the bonus warrant given in Mar 2015 on 1 warrant for 2 shares held. Share price was crashed from high RM0.11 to RM0.08 on 1st day of warrant listing. All shareholders got burnt. Look at share price now, left with RM0.045 but NTA0.22. It is better to de-list. What shareholders wanted is dividend! If no dividend, expand for what!

Xinghe must declare dividend for Year 2015 (per circulation). Should announce by end month, same as last year. In future, no guarantee on dividend.

Sona clarified yesterday that CS is holding shares for PAG but PAG has no voting rights. Anyone knows whether CS is eligible to vote?
