1- As mentioned previously, vt is selling shares cheaply to a certain buyers and this same buyer/buyers have been accumulating the shares at a low price. Motive? Not sure. But I'm thinking he might be selling the shares to political linked person or potential investment partner. We shall know the answer very soon... as vt has been selling his shares "cheaply" (in my opinion) in the last 8 months....

2- potential right issues? I don't think so. If vt want rights issues to raise fund, the share price should be 1.35 not 0.35 now to squeeze the most out from the ikan bilis like me.... if he really go ahead with rights issue now i will also lelong my house and go all in...

3- privatisation? Don't think so... i have never seen any business owner privatise their parent company in Malaysia unless they want to exit Malaysia market completely.... if want to play privatisation, it will be one of it's subsidiaries.... bjauto, bjfood, bjassets, bjtoto.... impact? Depends on which subsidiary n why...

4- lowest share price in the last 5 years was 0.34 in last year/early this year... I decided to join the ikan bilis to accumulate between 0.345-0.36 since it hit 0.34 about 8 months ago.... still the lowest range of the share price.... if it goes below 0.30.... then i will also lelong my house to go all in because the last time the share price below 0.30 was before 2006.... and BJC today's business size is much bigger than it was in 2006... of course you might argue with the share dilution in between the 10 years, e.g rights issued, listed BJfood... but it's current share price is too attractive to avoid...

If it has plan to privatise the subsidiaries, it's share price should maintain at a "healthy" level... depends on how you define it... BJCorp involves in too many businesses...

BJCorp works like IOICorp & YTLCorp... have you seen business owner privatise the parent company before?
