this new esos will further dilute bornoil. we bought at open market at 0.06. company can simply issue share to cronies with much lower price 0.027!! Next day the new esos dump on open market at 0.055... we bilis all hampus... bursa no control???

thought esos shall within 10% discount of the current market price? why the esos price only 0.027? more than 50% discount on the current market price!!!

today close at 0.55-0.6?

share price will be pressed down before issuance of esos... sad...

franco88 Basically the minute they have enough buyer at 0.06 they will throw down . U can see most volumes done at 0.06 , then close at 0.065 to give hope . Highly likely to retreat back to 0,05 . This will be a long wait .

company share buy back till today is about 4.1%, (roughly 218 million units), if they need fund, they can sell back to open market, instead company gives substantial discount (about 35%) to pp investor.....

I personally believe in gold and limestone story, but think bornoil is heavily manipulated, sigh....

May be total NTA will increase as there is extra money gain from private placement, but definitely NTA/share will be diluted.....

batam, let's say if bornoil market price is 0.07, but 10% of private placement is issued at 0.043, immediately the value of current market price will reduce to 0.0675 per share.....
NTA definitely will be diluted.

bchew, there will always have this kind of loser around. We just have to entertain them a bit and laugh about it at the end of the day. Bornoil has very high prospect and this year will have big progress on its 3 maiden projects...

(1) The Biofraction Vetrolysis Plant in Lahad Datu is expected to be completed in December 2017 and will commence test runs in late January 2018.

(2) The Heap Leaching Pilot Project will have its first trial run soon, after a delay of almost nine months due to metallurgy testing.

(3) An estimated 2.0 million tons of non-marble limestone have been produced through the extraction of marble blocks and the same is an ideal feedstock for lime-based products. Once the various processing plans are finalized and if agreed to be implemented by the Division, relevant announcements will be made

buying rose on bornoil wc, closed 1.5 cents. . but bornoil mother share remained unchanged at 3 cents. think is good sign. directors still maintain bornoil at 3 cents, so they can get esos cheaper. after esos, bornoil price will rise, so as its warrants. now time to buy warrants.

my decision to buy bornoil shares mainly due to its gold mining and limestone business. the qr report showed that revenues of resources and sustainable energy
is about rm 8.6 mil with the profit before tax of about rm 3.2 mil. I do think this have very good profit margin. limestone business will soar. just wonder what happen to gold mining.
