2. opec wayang to push down price for 6 months again. so that can kill shale oil dev one last round.
for case 1.
when i look at opec initial suggested cut of 750k barrels at Algeria. this more look like opec might want to surprise market on nov 30 by announcing cut over 1 or 2 millions oil. my point is if they really want to cut . to change strategy to prop up price . 750k barrels are too little to make it work. shale oil dev can easily fill up this 750k . when oil at 60.
so saudi n Russian together might cut more than 750k barrels

and again the above prediction is only correct if they really no wayang this time.
