Hoping that Malaysian government may introduce laws to ensure that companies that are making monies but chosen to stash cash and not doing anything to the saved capital like what has been done in Korea forcing Samsung to pay a heavier withholding tax for their safe coffers coming to a tune of 600 billions , which is more than Apple at 300 billions...likewise for kseng also holding 1 billion which has been accumulated for more than 20 years but chosen not to distribute to shareholders and not doing anything to the capital year in year out , whereby the penalty of withholding tax should likely be implemented as well.

I for one disagreed with the way it is getting on now when big swallowed the small fishes by way of capital invasion . Bursa should come out with something that big or small , we are in the same level playing fields just like golf - playing with handicapped where it is generally accepted all over ...
