Company kecik2 pn market cap 1 billion. Puncak level2 Megah Holding drama melayu pukul 7 market cap 200million only!? Monday kasi LU. Too undervalue this stock.

Market cap only 213 million?! Too under value. Even Slvest market cap 1billion.

Any idea on ex date for warrant & bonus issue as on Slvest latest announcement back in 22th Jan they will only conduct meeting on 5th Feb to decide on their proposal.

So with current price the warrant listing price will be 2.75 - 1.5 = 1.25?

Sorry didn't read through the documents. It stated RM 1.00 at page (i) but RM1.50 on page 4 onwards

Slvest propose 1:2 bonus issue & warrants 1:4 at Rm1. So based on last Slvest price RM2.75 later adjusted price will be at 2.16. Current price already too high considering exercise price RM1.

The warrant will be at RM1.75 based on current price so roughly will earned 43cent per share after divided by 4.

2.16 & 0.43 total up = 2.59.

So making lost if you buy at current price to entitle for bonus & warrant. Remember that bonus & warrant is term used. It still investor money that was split or group together.

Its not like Kpower that exercise at 2.50 and Scib at 1.77. I hope revised the exercises price higher than current RM1.00

If you a trader going to make big buck just ride the trend. It may go way past rm3 if everyone push it up.

Petrofac always looking for someone to take over his asset and have letgo 1-2 platform in last 3 years. Meanwhile Exxon West Malaysia asset contract will be end by next year and they already inform Petronas the did not want to continue the contract. Thus Petronas will look for another operator to take over the field. Bear in mind all field belong to Petronas. Exxon, Petrofac is only an operator. For past 5 years Exxon has handover few small field to Petronas & was handover by Petronas to few company such as EPOMS & Vestigo. It will be interesting if Exxon, Petrofac & Repsol PM3 field will be take over by Hibiscus because they literally did not need to pay anything for a field that has became 'free agent'. Probably the only money they need to spend is on rehabilitating the platform for major maintainance & invest some money to drill a new well to enhance oil production.

In regards of medical glove in EU & US, they have a lot of high requirements. Problem with other country that produce gloves is their cannot meet those western country standard. It's not just producing gloves. Not as simple as that. Luckily for gloves company in Malaysia they have a good QA & RA fundamental and up to date with ever changing each country specific standard. Other Asian manufacturers could not do that. So our made in Malaysia gloves is still first choice for those modern countries.
