Forget about the foreign exchange gain n all those monies kept in coffer ; it is meant to pay for directors fees year in year out . As for minority shareholders , your capitals had been diminished with the ringgit depreciation n getting pittance div ( @ 1+ % ) for the shares invested . Capital not only shrunk but with the no of years invested, U can easily get compensated for other shares where though its capitals depreciated but u still get constant div to compensate for...If u think the management will give u a bumper div pay out , u must be day dreaming....

buy n sell for may bank may incur 10c difference , so anything less than 10c will lose money....so this is not a contra counter unless up n down more than 10C or 1.5% increase. The present toppish market is the result of impending budget 2016.After the budget , the normal Oct blue will set in...just pray hard it won't come this year.

how to make money coz break-even is more than 6c ....to n fro...

after ex- div 24c , it may go down to 8.20....level ....no way go to 9.50 b4 2nd Nov 2015 as in C12....

it will b worthless after ex coz the exercise price is 9.50 , the present price is only 8.59 level or lower. Can it go up to 9.50 come b4ex in 2nd Nov? Better run for your life coz the possibility is not there anymore!

stingy management ....it has turned out to be dead counter . I think no point in holding anymore coz v little div n can't see any prospects of turning your investment in multiples...

when the analysts said the prospects are bad , I think it will be the right time to slowly pick up , coz usually the bad time will turn out to be very good in the next quarter by virtue of financial reports generated the figures based on comparisons between the bad and good quarters in cyclical nature. More so , in the gambling section , the earnings r there only the figures of making counts...Follow Warren Buffet way of investing, good time sell bad time buy is the right motto..

the politically charged bank or banks will be at the mercy of the market...

I m afraid that the market may not sustain when our index shot up too fast , corrections will be a norm....

I like the way Scientx going about their businesses , though property section makes much of the income compared with plastics but atlas , the mix is to their advantage ; making more monies than ever ! Who said , property sector is bad ? the point is they are focusing on building low cost , medium cost and affordable housing contrary to the other property developers . even though making less margin along the way but nevertheless contributing more to the overall profit . Like it or not , this co ever since its inception , never once making a loss. this is a real feat in Bursa. Its price had once been in the 1.50 level but now already 7.40...and is improving every year ! It will be a time it may hit more than RM 10.00 for a near term...I am very confident about that. Forget about the Economic and financial jargons like CFFO and FCF . Even without those knowledge , we can still make a good judgement on Scientx.

This coming month , I had seen many houses n shops putting up signs to rent , seemed that the effect is slowly biting into place like the impact of GST , weaken ringgit vis a vis other currencies , petrol ups , salary stagnant n some lost their jobs , factories close shop , business is really bad n some shops got difficulty to service rentals, car sale dips , property sale dampen , nothing is right nowadays...may b bad times r ahead not too distant. Just prepare to take the full bunch of the forces.....

its highest at 715 n now is 446 . it has dropped more than 37.6 % as per its highest . There r bound to have risks but I think the risks r minimal....

big time sellers waiting @ 96c....if going down further n coincide with the ugly oct's month , may expect quite a difficult time ahead. Do remember 25/8 is only 46c.....

Today is the lowest ever achieved by CIMB.....

call warrant n may bank r two different entity.
maybank is giving single tier div @24c ex date 8/10/2015, whereas call warrant last trading date is 28/10 n suspend in 29/10 , expire on 1/11.
maybank div got reinvestment plan where part of the div can purchase its mother share @ RM 7.50 , much below the market price. U may expect a bumper div in Feb 2015 @ more than 50c....yearly without fail.
