The company has been profitable y-o-y and q-o-q.. you said the management doesn't know how to manage? Operating in a cut throat industry and seasonal sales, the company managed to be profitable. The share prices are affected mainly because of the industry the company is in are very competitive and not many analyst are interested in a defensive small cap stocks.
