They are not shy for taking money without doing something, pity to their parent who born this kind of son ! The purposed postponed the QA to end of this year, then postponed again for 3 months to wait for expired date of SPAC !

holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement. What is this sentences mean ? We can inspect the S/P at mid valley ?
